Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are enjoying to shop in our website. However, if you are not satisfied for your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us with the following return policy.

Products Defects

  •  If the parcel is not in good condition when you receive, please don't let the postman leave.

  1.      Take a photo of your consignment note and the parcel.
  2.     Don't sign to accept the parcel, ask the postman to return to us.
  3.      Send us the photos and we will ship out a new parcel within two (2) working days.

  •  If you accidentally received the parcel and only found the defect products after you open the parcel,
  1.      Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service
  2.      We will do compensate within two (2) working days.

  • If you found that the product received isn't same with what you ordered,

  1.     Take a photo of the defect product and send to our correspondent contact details.
  2.      If we are shipping the wrong product to you, you can returned back and we will send out the exact product to you within two (2) working days.


What is return process?
Return must be done within ten (10) working days starting from the day the good are delivered to you. You may return your order (or items) to us for any following reasons:
  • You received the wrong item in your package or the item has a manufacturing defect. And the general requirements for returns are as follows:
  1. You have proof of your purchase (order invoice number and receipt). 
  2. The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts, vouchers received with it. 
  3. The product must not have been used
  • Under what conditions is/are the product non-returnable:
  1. Items have been purchased for more than 10 days.
  2. The item have been purchased for someone else who simply does not want it.
  3. The item has no defects. You've changed you're mind because of wrong selection, colour, size, model or specification; or simply found it cheaper elsewhere.
